Ingredients

1/4 cup (56g) packed light brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 3/4 cups (227g) all-purpose flour

1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
For Rolling the Dough:

1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions

Infuse sugar with zest:

Rub lemon zest into granulated sugar using your fingers until fragrant.

Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugars:

Beat butter, cream cheese, and zested sugar until creamy.

Add brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes until fluffy.
