  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp (28g) butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Season the Steak:

    • Pat the steak bites dry with a paper towel.
    • Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the Steak:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining tablespoon of butter.
    • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
    • Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Combine & Serve:

    • Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
