8 oz (225g) noodles (ramen, rice noodles, or linguine)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter (for steak)

1 lb (450g) sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

Salt & pepper, to taste

3 tbsp unsalted butter (for sauce)

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Green onions & sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 3 tbsp of butter.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
