Keywords: garlic butter steak noodles, 20-minute steak noodles, quick beef noodle recipe, easy garlic butter noodles, steak pasta dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) noodles (ramen, rice noodles, or linguine)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter (for steak)

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (for sauce)

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • Green onions & sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining 3 tbsp of butter.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

  • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and chili flakes.

  • Add the cooked noodles and steak back to the skillet. Toss well to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.

  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use your favorite type of noodles—ramen adds a cozy feel, while linguine gives it a pasta vibe.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak with a splash of soy sauce and garlic before cooking.

  • Adjust chili flakes to your spice preference or omit for a milder version.
