Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, golden bites of ground beef and melty cheese wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan. Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun twist on burger night!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheddar cheese.

  • Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.

  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Pinch edges together to seal and form into a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic, and brush over each bomb.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or dipping sauce of choice.

Notes

  • You can make these ahead and reheat in the oven before serving.

  • Add pickles or a dash of hot sauce inside for extra flavor.

  • Serve with ranch, burger sauce, or marinara for dipping.
