Ingredients
For the Filling:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup (115g) cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
For Assembly:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine cooked beef, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

Prepare the dough: Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of filling into the center. Fold and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.

Bake: Place sealed-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush over hot bombs right out of the oven.
