Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are packed with juicy beef, creamy cheese filling, and wrapped in golden biscuit dough brushed with garlicky butter—an irresistible, handheld twist on a classic cheeseburger perfect for game days or quick dinners.

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef

  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup (115g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

  • Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine cooked beef, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

  • Prepare the dough: Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of filling into the center. Fold and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.

  • Bake: Place sealed-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush over hot bombs right out of the oven.

  • Serve warm, optionally with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or BBQ sauce.

Notes

  • You can make these ahead and reheat in the oven for a quick snack.

  • Add chopped pickles or bacon bits for extra flavor.

  • Use pre-cooked ground beef or leftovers to save time.
