Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dough & Topping:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 3-inch circle.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bombs – Place 1 tablespoon of cooked beef in the center of each dough circle. Add a generous pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
4️⃣ Bake to Perfection – Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter mixed with garlic powder. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley (if using). Serve warm with ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch for dipping!
