Ingredients

1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt (or regular butter)

2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. (If using chicken tenders or breasts, add 1–2 tsp of oil to the pan first.)

Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken to the hot skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Stir in butter and allow it to melt, coating the chicken.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Remove from heat and toss in Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Chicken breasts or tenders work well, just add a little oil to prevent sticking.
