Instructions

Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form and Bake: Shape into a loaf on the baking sheet or press into a loaf pan. Bake for 35–40 minutes until cooked through.
