Instructions

Sauté Garlic:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring frequently to avoid burning. -
Make Roux:
Whisk in flour and cook for another minute to form a roux. -
Add Milk:
Gradually whisk in milk, ensuring no lumps remain. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly. -
Season & Thicken:
Add salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes. -
Add Cheese:
Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. -
Use or Store:
Use immediately on pizza or flatbreads, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
