Description

These Grinch Oreo Balls are fun, festive no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and green-dyed white chocolate. Topped with a red heart sprinkle, they’re perfect for Christmas dessert tables and holiday parties! #grinchoreoballs #christmasdesserts #holidaytreats

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.3-ounce) package Oreo cookies

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 12 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts

  • Green food coloring

  • Red heart sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  • Make the Oreo Mixture: Pulse Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed. Combine with softened cream cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.

  • Shape Balls: Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

  • Melt and Tint Chocolate: Melt white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each. Tint with green food coloring to achieve Grinch green.

  • Dip and Decorate: Dip chilled Oreo balls into green chocolate using a fork. Let excess drip off, then place back on the parchment sheet.

  • Add Hearts: While the coating is still wet, add a red heart sprinkle to each ball (optional). Chill again for 10–15 minutes until set.

  • Serve: Transfer to a festive plate and enjoy!

Notes

  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

  • Use mint Oreos for a minty Grinch twist.

  • Great for making ahead and freezing—just thaw slightly before serving.
