1 (14.3-ounce) package Oreo cookies
-
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
-
12 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
-
Green food coloring
-
Red heart sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
-
Make the Oreo Mixture: Pulse Oreos in a food processor until finely crushed. Combine with softened cream cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
-
Shape Balls: Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
-
Melt and Tint Chocolate: Melt white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each. Tint with green food coloring to achieve Grinch green.
-
Dip and Decorate: Dip chilled Oreo balls into green chocolate using a fork. Let excess drip off, then place back on the parchment sheet.
-
Add Hearts: While the coating is still wet, add a red heart sprinkle to each ball (optional). Chill again for 10–15 minutes until set.
-
Serve: Transfer to a festive plate and enjoy!
