1 small cabbage, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon bouillon powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

Cook Ground Beef: In a large pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add Aromatics: Push beef to one side. Add onions and garlic to the pan, sauté until soft.

Add Tomatoes & Spices: Stir in diced tomatoes, bouillon, cumin, cayenne, paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
