Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack)

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)

  • 1 cup sour cream


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, diced ham, shredded cheese, condensed soup, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.

  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in chopped green onions or a pinch of garlic powder.
