3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup raisins or chopped nuts

1 cup dark chocolate chunks (sugar-free, such as Lily’s)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in the applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Add the oats and mix until combined.

Fold in raisins or nuts and dark chocolate chunks.

Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and cookies are set.

Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
