Description

This hot fudge brownie bread is a decadent chocolate lover’s dream—rich, fudgy, and packed with cocoa and chocolate chips, then swirled with hot fudge sauce for an ultra-moist, brownie-meets-bread treat. Perfect for dessert or indulgent snacking!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  • Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and milk until smooth.

  • Combine and fold: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Add hot fudge: Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Drizzle half the hot fudge over it. Add remaining batter and drizzle the rest of the hot fudge. Swirl slightly with a knife.

  • Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  • Cool and serve: Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Drizzle with extra hot fudge before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Use mini chocolate chips for more even distribution.

  • Store tightly wrapped at room temperature for up to 3 days.

  • Serve warm with ice cream for an extra treat.
