Ingredients
For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground turkey

1 lb Italian sausage

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/3 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded zucchini (about 1 medium zucchini)

1 egg

2 tsp dried minced onion

2 tsp dried minced garlic

2 tsp dried basil

1 tsp salt
For the Casserole:

1 cup marinara sauce (no sugar added recommended)

8 oz shredded cheese (mozzarella and provolone blend)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until well combined.

Shape into approximately 24 meatballs and place evenly in the casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.

Carefully drain any excess liquid from the dish.
