Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • 1/2 lb cooked ground sausage

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Melt cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and combined.

  • Mix dough: In a large bowl, combine melted cheese mixture, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder (if using). Stir in cooked sausage and cheddar cheese until fully mixed.
