Ingredients

Instructions

Sear the Lobster:
Season lobster meat with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add lobster chunks and sauté for 4–5 minutes until opaque and just cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Stir in lemon juice, white wine, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1–2 minutes. -
Combine and Serve:
