Ingredients
For the Bars:
-
1 (14 oz) box cinnamon graham crackers (about 3 sleeves)
-
1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
-
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
-
2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
-
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
2 cups powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
-
Prepare the Pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil, leaving an overhang for lifting. Lightly grease with non-stick spray. -
Make the Batter:
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
In a large bowl, combine crumbs, chocolate chips, chopped pecans, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. -
Bake the Bars:
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan (use damp hands to prevent sticking).
Bake for about 25 minutes or until just set—do not overbake.
Let cool completely in the pan. -
Finish and Serve:
Once cooled, lift the bars from the pan using the foil. Cut into squares.
Gently toss each bar in powdered sugar to coat.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
-
Cinnamon graham crackers add a warm twist, but honey or chocolate grahams work great too.
-
You can substitute walnuts or almonds for pecans.
-
