Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or regular salt + a pinch of paprika)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

  • Mix topping: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

  • Prepare chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
