Description

This Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap is a flavor-packed, cheesy burrito-style wrap loaded with seasoned ground beef, gooey nacho cheese, crunchy Doritos, and fresh veggies. It’s the perfect easy weeknight dinner or game-day favorite that brings all the bold flavors of Tex-Mex cuisine into one handheld bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)

  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix

  • Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed

  • 4 flour tortilla wraps

  • Shredded lettuce (for serving)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.

  • Add Veggies & Seasoning:
Stir in diced onions and green peppers; sauté for 4 minutes. Add taco seasoning and mix well.

  • Mix the Cheese Sauce:
In a separate bowl, combine the nacho cheese sauce with the Rotel tomatoes and chilis.

  • Assemble the Wraps:
Lay tortillas flat. Spoon a line of the cheese-Rotel mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with the beef mixture, sour cream, extra onions/peppers, and crushed Doritos.

  • Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas like a burrito.

  • Toast for Crispiness:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and toast until golden and crispy on both sides.

  • Serve:
Serve hot with shredded lettuce and your favorite toppings like salsa, guacamole, or extra sour cream.

Notes

  • For extra heat, use spicy Doritos or add jalapeños.

  • These wraps can be prepped ahead and toasted just before serving.

  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
