Instructions

Prepare the Filling:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and flour. -
Cook the Mixture:
Add the dry mixture to the melted butter.
Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. -
