Ingredients

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced or cut into bite-sized chunks

1 cup uncooked white rice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite kind)
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes.

Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the uncooked rice and stir to coat with the spices and sausage juices.
