Ingredients
Pasta Layer:

9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Filling:

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

1 egg

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce & Cheese:

3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Toppings:

Fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions

Prep:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Make Filling:

In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Assemble Lasagna:

Spread ½ cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.

Layer 3 noodles over the sauce.

Spread half of the chicken-ricotta mixture, ½ cup Alfredo sauce, and ⅓ of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat with another layer of noodles, filling, sauce, and mozzarella.

Top with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
