Ingredients

2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

2 1/2 cups marinara sauce

2 cups chicken broth

2 cups uncooked penne or rotini pasta

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook Chicken:

In a large pot or deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add diced chicken, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
