Description

These Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are a decadent dessert dream—soft, chewy chocolate chip cookie dough wrapped around a whole Oreo cookie for a gooey, indulgent surprise in every bite. Perfect for parties, bake sales, or anytime your sweet tooth calls.


Ingredients

For the Cookie Dough:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 24 Oreo cookies


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, then mix in vanilla.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

  6. Assemble: Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, place an Oreo on top, then cover with another tablespoon of dough. Seal and roll into a ball.

  7. Place stuffed dough balls on baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

  8. Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are set.

  9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Chill dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker cookies.
