Ingredients
For the Cookie Dough:

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, then mix in vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.

Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

Assemble: Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, place an Oreo on top, then cover with another tablespoon of dough. Seal and roll into a ball.

Place stuffed dough balls on baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
