Instructions

Prepare the Pan:
Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. -
Make the Fudge Base:
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once boiling, continue cooking for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently. -
Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla:
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until mixture is smooth. -
Pour the Fudge:
Immediately pour into the prepared dish. Spread evenly with a spatula. -
Cool and Set:
Let cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours, or refrigerate for quicker setting.
