Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

12 large marshmallows, halved

1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate squares
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.

Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.

Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Once cooled, place a piece of chocolate and half a marshmallow on the flat side of one cookie.
