These no-bake tropical treats are made with crushed pineapple, sweetened coconut, and creamy condensed milk. Soft, chewy, and naturally sweet, they’re perfect for summer snacking, potlucks, or a quick tropical dessert fix!
Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Mix the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple, coconut, condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix until a sticky, moldable mixture forms.
2. Chill the Mixture

Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up slightly, making it easier to roll.
3. Roll the Balls

Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat.
4. Set & Serve

Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 20–30 minutes before serving.
