Reuben Crescent Bake is an irresistible twist on the classic deli sandwich, transformed into a golden, flaky, cheesy bake. Layers of crescent roll dough wrap around savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, making this the perfect quick and satisfying dinner or game-day treat.
Ingredients

2 (8 oz) cans crescent roll dough

3/4 lb sliced corned beef, chopped

8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded

1 cup sauerkraut, drained well

1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.

Layer with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.

Drizzle Thousand Island dressing evenly over the layers.

Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the top. Pinch seams to seal.

Brush top with beaten egg and melted butter. Sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
