Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cook the Sausage:

    • Remove sausage and set aside.

  • Scramble the Eggs:

    • Whisk eggs with milk (if using), salt, and pepper.

    • Melt butter in the same skillet and cook eggs until just set, 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  • Assemble the Roll-Ups:

    • Lay tortillas flat. Add sausage, eggs, and cheese on one side of each tortilla.
