Ingredients

1 lb ground breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.

Add Bisquick mix to the egg mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the sausage and cheese mixture (and any optional add-ins).

Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
