1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 small cabbage, shredded

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 cup cooked rice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.

Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in diced tomatoes (with their juice), cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
