Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp ghee (or butter)

4 bone-in pork chops

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried basil
Instructions

Season the Pork Chops:
Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides generously with sea salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. -
Prepare Garlic-Parsley Mix:
In a small bowl, combine garlic and chopped parsley. Set aside. -
Sear the Pork Chops:
Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high.
Sear pork chops 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove and set aside. -
Cook Garlic and Parsley:
Reduce skillet heat to medium.
Add garlic-parsley mixture and cook 1–2 minutes, stirring to avoid burning. -
Baste the Pork Chops:
Return pork chops to the skillet.
Spoon garlic-parsley butter over chops and cook for 1 more minute.

Serve:
Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle remaining pan sauce over the top. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
