These Seafood Stuffed Shells are a rich and elegant dish featuring jumbo pasta shells filled with crab, shrimp, ricotta, and cheese, then baked in a creamy lemon-garlic sauce. A perfect dinner for seafood lovers or special occasions!
Ingredients

12 jumbo pasta shells

1 cup lump crab meat, drained

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: extra Parmesan and parsley for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and arrange in a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream and lemon juice. Pour evenly over the stuffed shells.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
