Description

These S’mores Pudding Shots are a fun, boozy dessert twist on the classic campfire treat. With rich chocolate pudding, marshmallow vodka, whipped topping, and a graham cracker base, each chilled shot is finished with a golden toasted marshmallow and Hershey’s chocolate for the ultimate party-ready sweet shooter.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 1 1/4 cups milk

  • 1/4 cup marshmallow vodka

  • 4 oz Cool Whip (about 1 1/2 cups)

  • 5 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 1/2 Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into rectangles

  • Cooking spray

  • 15 large marshmallows

Instructions

  • Make the Pudding Mix:
In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Add marshmallow vodka and whisk until fully incorporated. Gently fold in Cool Whip until mixture is creamy.

  • Assemble the Shots:
Spoon 1 teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each shot glass. Pipe or spoon the pudding mixture over the crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.

  • Toast the Marshmallows:
Preheat oven to broil. Spray a small baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange marshmallows upright on the tray and broil until golden—watch closely, 1 to 2 minutes max.

  • Top and Serve:
Using a spatula or tongs, place one toasted marshmallow on top of each pudding shot. Garnish with a piece of Hershey’s chocolate. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, skip the vodka and add extra milk.

  • A brûlée torch also works well for toasting marshmallows individually.

  • Use disposable mini cups for easy serving at parties.
