This Snickers Cheesecake is an indulgent no-bake dessert loaded with creamy layers of rich cheesecake, gooey caramel, and chopped Snickers bars. Set on a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with whipped cream and crushed peanuts, it’s a showstopper for any celebration!

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 32 oz (4 packages) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars (about 10-12 bars)

  • 3/4 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • Chopped Snickers bars

  • Caramel drizzle

  • Crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust:

    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar.

    • Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while making the filling.

  • Make the cheesecake filling:

    • Beat cream cheese until smooth (2–3 minutes). Add powdered sugar and vanilla.

    • In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the cream cheese mixture in batches.

  • Assemble the layers:

    • Pour half the filling over the crust. Drizzle half the caramel and sprinkle half the chopped Snickers.

    • Repeat with the remaining filling, caramel, and Snickers.

  • Chill to set:

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

  • Top and serve:

    • Add whipped cream, extra Snickers, caramel drizzle, and crushed peanuts if desired.

    • Slice with a hot knife and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For best results, use a springform pan to remove the cake cleanly.
