This Snickers Cheesecake is an indulgent no-bake dessert loaded with creamy layers of rich cheesecake, gooey caramel, and chopped Snickers bars. Set on a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with whipped cream and crushed peanuts, it’s a showstopper for any celebration!
Ingredients
Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

32 oz (4 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars (about 10-12 bars)

3/4 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Toppings:

Whipped cream

Chopped Snickers bars

Caramel drizzle

Crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the crust:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar.

Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while making the filling.

Make the cheesecake filling:

Beat cream cheese until smooth (2–3 minutes). Add powdered sugar and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the cream cheese mixture in batches.

Assemble the layers:

Pour half the filling over the crust. Drizzle half the caramel and sprinkle half the chopped Snickers.

Repeat with the remaining filling, caramel, and Snickers.
