Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

  • 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix crumbs

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

  • 3 large eggs, beaten

 

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Squeeze out excess moisture from thawed spinach.

  • Mix the Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine spinach, stuffing crumbs, onion, Parmesan, butter, eggs, salt, and pepper.
    Stir until well combined.

  • Form the Spinach Balls:
    Roll mixture into 1-inch balls (use a cookie scoop for ease).
    Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake:
    Bake for 15–20 minutes until firm and lightly browned.
