Description

These Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are the ultimate low-carb snack—crispy, cheesy, and packed with creamy spinach dip flavor in every bite. Perfect for parties, game nights, or as a keto-friendly snack that delivers all the cheesy satisfaction without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them into circles.

  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crisp at the edges.
