Description

This Strawberry Cream Dump Cake is the perfect blend of fruity sweetness and creamy richness! With fresh strawberries, strawberry pie filling, cream cheese, and golden vanilla cake mix, this easy dessert is pure indulgence in every bite — no mixing bowls required!


Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix

  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup milk


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Layer the Ingredients:

    • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.

    • Scatter the fresh strawberry slices over the pie filling.

    • Dot the cubed cream cheese evenly over the fruit.

  • Mix and Add the Cake Layer:

    • In a separate bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in the cake mix until just combined — lumps are okay.

    • Pour or spoon the batter over the fruit and cream cheese, spreading it gently to cover.

  • Bake:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly.

 

  • Cool and Serve:

    • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, or chill and serve cold with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes
