Description

This Strawberry Piña Colada Smoothie is a tropical, refreshing blend of frozen strawberries, pineapple, creamy coconut milk, and banana—perfect for a summer breakfast or a healthy, non-alcoholic twist on the classic cocktail. It’s fruity, creamy, and naturally sweetened for a beachy sip any time of day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • Fresh pineapple wedges and strawberry slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Blend the Ingredients:
Add frozen strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, banana slices, and honey (if using) into a blender.

  • Add Ice and Blend:
Add ice cubes and blend on high speed until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.

  • Serve and Garnish:
Pour into glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and strawberry slice on the rim for a tropical touch.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruit or less liquid.

  • Swap coconut milk for Greek yogurt for a protein boost.

  • Want a boozy version? Add a splash of rum for a frozen piña colada vibe.
