Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt (or any butter)

2 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Season the Chicken

In a mixing bowl, toss chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2. Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add the chicken and sauté for about 4–5 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.
3. Add the Parmesan

Turn off heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan over the hot chicken.

Toss to coat until cheesy and melty.
4. Serve & Enjoy

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan if desired.
