Description

These juicy, bite-sized chicken pieces are pan-seared in buttery garlic and tossed with savory Parmesan for an irresistible dinner or snack. Quick to make, kid-friendly, and packed with flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt (or any butter)

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Season the Chicken

  • In a mixing bowl, toss chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

  • Add the chicken and sauté for about 4–5 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.

3. Add the Parmesan

  • Turn off heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan over the hot chicken.

  • Toss to coat until cheesy and melty.

4. Serve & Enjoy

  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan if desired.

  • Great with rice, pasta, veggies, or as a high-protein snack!

  • Use chicken thighs for extra tenderness.
