Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple juice

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1/2 cup sugar (or honey for natural sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water

  • Pineapple slices (for garnish)

  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

In a large pitcher, mix together pineapple juice, lemon juice, and cold water.
