Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, crushed

For the Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Juice of half a lemon
For the Grilled Veggies:

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 cup cherry tomatoes on the vine

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prep Steak:

Season steaks generously with salt and pepper and let rest for 15 minutes.

Grill or pan-sear over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare).

Add butter and crushed garlic in the final minute, basting the steaks.

Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Grill the Shrimp:

Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice.

Thread onto skewers or cook directly on the grill for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Finish with chopped parsley.

Coat asparagus and cherry tomatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
