In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.

Add baking powder and salt. Mix well until fully combined and slightly frothy.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

Cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
